The outlet cap on hexagonal mufflers is made of carbon fiber to complement each bike's aesthetic.
Titanium is used to make the outlet cap, perforated inner sleeve, and input cap.
Modern CNC equipment is used to mill the inlet cap's joint, which is joined by premium, silicon-shielded tempered springs.

Include a carbon fiber muffler clamp that is small, light, and resistant to high temperatures.
Stainless steel is used to create the conical-shaped and hydroformed header; on some variants, crossover tubes may be inserted.
Link pipes may be cylindrical and constructed of titanium in some variants; the choice of construction depends on how much performance may be improved.
A carbon fiber bracket is provided if the location of the exhaust system must be altered and the standard bracket is no longer functional.
