Zippers with lockable pulls that are submersible to IPX7 standards. Internal hi-vis support structure is detachable and has a hook-and-loop storage pouch for small goods. Internal neoprene pockets for storing a laptop or tablet. A built-in air/purge valve. External waterproof storage pouches with lockable zipper pulls rated IPX7. If a secure four-point mounting strap method cannot be obtained, utilize with saddlebag support brackets.
